Delete your MemRa account and data

This page explains how to delete your MemRa account and the data associated with it. MemRa is a service of Dostum Amigo SL. You can request deletion at any time, and you do not need to install the app to do so.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• your account (email address, display name and any WhatsApp phone number);
• everything you've saved — your saved items and links, notes, and the public information we fetched about each link;
• the AI summaries, categories and keywords generated for your items;
• your profile and settings.

How to delete your account

You can use either of these methods:

1. In the app or website: log in, go to Account, and choose Delete account. This deletes your account and data straight away.
2. By email: send a request to memra@dostumamigo.com from your registered email address. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.

Data retention after deletion

In line with our Privacy Policy:

• Individually deleted (soft-deleted) items are recoverable on request for up to 30 days, then permanently removed.
• Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.
• After these periods, the data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
