Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 May 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Dostum Amigo SL (CIF B76188499), Plaza de la Constitución 4, 3B, 35500 Arrecife, Spain ("we", "us"), for your use of the MemRa service ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service does
MemRa turns links you forward over WhatsApp into a searchable, AI-organised inbox. The Service is currently in a testing / beta phase: it is provided "as is", features may change or be removed, and it may be unavailable from time to time.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement. You may hold one account for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password confidential.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
- We match forwarded WhatsApp messages to your account using the phone number on your account, so keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store or share unlawful, infringing or harmful material;
- abuse, overload, probe or disrupt the Service or try to bypass its security or rate limits;
- access it through automated means except normal WhatsApp forwarding and ordinary browser use;
- infringe anyone else's rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
5. The content you save
You keep ownership of the links, notes and content you save. You're responsible for what you save and confirm you have the right to save it for your personal use. We fetch publicly available information about each link (such as its title, creator and thumbnail) to enrich your inbox. We don't claim ownership of your content; you grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it back to you as part of running the Service.
6. Public collections
You can choose to make a category public, which creates a shareable link to that collection. Sharing is entirely optional and off by default. If you publish a collection:
- you're responsible for its contents and for not exposing anyone else's private information;
- you grant us permission to display it at that public link while it remains public — you can make it private again at any time;
- we may disable a public link that breaches these terms.
7. AI output
Summaries, categories and answers are generated automatically and are best-effort only. They may be incomplete or wrong. Don't rely on them for anything important, and check the original source. We're not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.
8. Third-party services and content
MemRa works alongside services we don't control — WhatsApp / Meta, and the sites your links point to (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X and others). Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for third-party content or availability.
9. Availability, suspension and closure
Because this is a beta, we don't guarantee any level of uptime and may change, suspend or discontinue the Service. If we close the Service we'll try to give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using MemRa and delete your account at any time from your Account page; deletion removes your account and saved items as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of a beta service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. We'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Arrecife, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
